Jordan is a passionate neuro Physiotherapist with a unique perspective, as he lives with Achondroplasia, a type of dwarfism. With years of experience helping clients of all heights, he’s dedicated to empowering the dwarfism community with valuable insights, lived experience and support.

 

Alessia brings a wealth of knowledge in neuro and paediatric rehabilitation, enthusiastically assisting individuals with dwarfism of all ages.

Join us for engaging parent advice sessions and a variety of energising exercise classes. These sessions are designed to be welcoming spaces where everyone can participate, share, and discover simple ways to enhance their health.

We can give you tailored advice on how to support your mobility. This might be to help reduce pain when walking or improve your balance.

Advice regarding safe exercise

We know that there is mixed information regarding safe exercise for someone with dwarfism. Like anyone, it can vary from person to person. We can support you to choose the right exercises and achieve your goals.

Children's development milestones

We can support parents with developmental milestones for children with dwarfism. Providing insights into unique growth patterns, what to expect at each stage. By offering tailored guidance and resources, we aim to empower parents to advocate for their child's needs and ensure appropriate care.

Back Pain

Back pain can be very debilitating and isolating. We are aware of how it can limit you physically, making it hard to move around and exercise. We aim to reassure and enable you to get back to doing what you enjoy.

Healthy Living

It can be hard to know what to eat and what is the best thing to do for you. We can support you with healthy eating, physical activity and general wellbeing
