Altered sensation and weakness may make picking up small items or using a phone difficult. Through exercise programs and specific movements we can help to maintain function.

It can be very difficult to get around if you don't feel strong enough or dizzy. Maybe you're worried about falling.

With strengthening and balance work we can aim to getting you back to safely moving around.

We can work with you to come up with fatigue management strategies and daily goal setting.

If you use a wheelchair to get around, we can also work with you to enhance your technique.
